Its gel-like texture glides onto your skin to deliver lipids and sodium PCA that act as natural humectants. Good product by a trusted brand
I would like to preface this review by stating that I am a HUGE fan of Dr. Murad's products. I have acheived results by continuous use of l-ascorbic acid, but do not quite see the point in a wash form. I like to leave the cleanser sit after massaging it in for a few minutes, just to allow the active ingredients to absorb a bit before rinsing. I will continue to use this cleanser, but I don't expect to see any results from this product alone. For these reasons, I give four stars.

Okay cleanser
I liked the gentleness of this cleanser but I'm not sure whether it had any brightening effect on my skin because I use the Skinceuticals C E Ferulic serum already. I'm not sure I will repurchase I enjoyed receiving it in my Beautyfix box though!

Awesome Face Cleanser!
I love this face cleasner! I actually just ran out of this and received a deluxe sample in my June beautyfix box. This came at the perfect time. Can't say enough good things about this product! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great so Far!
I love every Murad product I have tried but I have not tried this one before it arrived in my Beauty Fix box. I like it so far but I think I need more time using it to make a better judgement.

Pricey but nice
This is a nice cleanser and it is appealing because it contains the essential vitamin C. But I did not notice any radical or major differences in my skin after using the deluxe sample. However, it didn't cause any breakouts or dry out my skin either. I'm just not sure I would pay full price for it. But I did enjoy it.

This is such a great cleanser, exactly what I have come to expect from the Murad brand. I loved the texture, and any product with Vitamin C is great for my skin.

Murad used to be my favorite brand but there is just so much out there these days. I didn't get a "WOW" feeling. I felt there was nothing extra special

I've never been really impressed by murad's products they're not usually much better than a drugstore product and are just overpriced. I got this in my beauty box and I wasn't impressed, it's just a basic cleanser. It has a gel-ish texture as in it's thicker than a traditional gel cleanser. I thought since it's a vitamin c cleanser it would make my skin feel really cleanser and glowy but it didn't do anything impressive. Its just a overpriced cleanser.

Good Product
I use this product because I have hyperpigmentation and the end result is great because it combats the problem in my daily skin routine. Using this product in conjunction with facials from a spa that uses Murad products is extremely beneficial to my skin

Murad Essential-C Cleanser
This is a wonderful cleanser! I generally do like most Murad products, and this is no exception. The smell is fantastic, and it thoroughly cleanses your face without stripping it of all the natural oils. I love the fact that it contains Vitamin C, which is moisturizing, as well as the Vitamin B12 which is known to calm irritated skin. Very nice.
