Medium and not that dark
This is way too light for my skin, to the point where I can only wear it under foundation. They need to increase their shade range. I am pleased by the amount of antioxidants in this product, but disheartened yet again that it is so hard to find mineral sunscreen for my sensitive skin.

Too slippery!
So close to perfect... but not. The color is perfect for me - I'm an olive/brown-skinned girl and there is no whitecast. It's a bit like a BB cream. But, as one other person mentioned, it's very slippery! It doesn't really sink in and leaves your face shiny. I've used powder to counteract that, but in the end, I don't think I will buy again :(

Loving it so far, just one weird quirk
I got a few samples of this directly from the company and really loved it! I have rosacea and have been desperately searching for a fragrance/essential oil free sunscreen. Although it's a myth that all-physical sunscreens "scatter" the light (they only scatter a little bit, they still mostly absorb the sun's rays and convert to heat like physical sunscreens), I love the way zinc makes my skin feel, so I've been looking for sunscreens that are mineral-based but have a tint to avoid the dreaded white cast. Most tinted sunscreens come in one shade that is definitely way too light for me, or might work for me only in the wintertime. Honestly, I'd rather have my face be a shade or two too dark than too light. This color is PERFECT and I can't wait to use it all summer! I put it over my moisturizer/squalene in the morning. However, I've noticed that about halfway through the day, this starts flaking/pilling in a really strange way. I've never experienced this before, and I can't tell if it's the actual product flaking off, dry patches, or some combination of both. I never have random dry patches like this without the sunscreen, though. I didn't experience this with the sample packets but am I now with the tube I purchased. I'm going to experiment and see if re-applying after a few hours helps, since that's what I should be doing anyway! There isn't much coverage, which I like - it's just enough to sort of even out your skin tone and lightly cover up blemishes.

Great feel, very matte finish
This product feels great going on and really does have a matte finish; however, it is so matte that at first it made my skin look dull and older than usual. Once it sat for a while, it looked much better. I bought it for everyday use as I don't like wearing makeup but focusing on achieving healthy skin and sometimes need a little help covering dark circles under my eyes to look a little more polished. I haven't been using it daily, but have enjoyed it more with each use. I would definitely recommend to those who like/prefer/are used to the matte look. After using this product a few more times, I am even more satisfied with it!

Great as a primer!
I picked this up because I wanted to try a new sunscreen and was so surprised at how smooth it goes on! It feels like primer and blurs my lines and pores, which is more than I can say for other sunscreens. I got this in the Light shade and it blended seamlessly. For reference, I have oily skin and this did not make me shiny (although it didn't control my oil either).

Love this - feels SO good on my face!
It took me a few days to get used to the feel of this, but now I absolutely love it. It's so smooth and creamy (I recommend shaking it up to mix it well before using it the first time - when I didn't do this, the liquid ingredients had separated out a bit). It goes on so well and gives my fair skin just enough base coverage (I don't wear make up, hate it in fact) to hid my skin imperfections. Plus, I wear a face mask at work (I work in the OR) and it never comes off on the inside, unlike every other tinted foundation I've tried. This is my absolute favorite daily sunscreen.

I have only been using this a few weeks, but so far I love it. The texture and weight are perfect for summer weather and the finish is powder soft. My skin is sensitive and prone to breakouts, but this hasn't caused any yet. Also love that it's a SPF 50 product!

Love product - not the packaging
I love this product, but I don't like the packaging. The pump on top of a tube is very difficult to manage for me, and must be removed to retrieve the last of the product. The initial packaging was a small tube that fit nicely into my carryon plastic bag. I am cancelling my subscription due to the packaging and will use another product.

Pretty Good so far
Pretty dewy, a little sparkly (VERY subtle), good light coverage of red/dark sports. We will see how I feel about this with continued use - usually BB/CC creams tend to break me out or act really weird on me. So far I like this though!

I love this brand, and this MD Creme Beauty Balm isn't bad, either. The color is pretty nice (I am fair, so I got light-medium), and the texture is smoothing and light, not oily or drying. I don't love the packaging, and I don't feel that this is very much product for the price, hence the lack of five stars.
