Each brush features a unique rubber cushion pad, and is hand-assembled and hand-finished for ultimate comfort. Detangler brush
This brush once I used it correctly is amazing. At first I did it all wrong when I would wet the brush and not use the black hair removal thing which caused the bristles from the brush to come out . However , I now do it the right way so my brush has lasted a super long time and I love it !

amazing hair brush
i so wanted to 'not-like'this hair brush..i waited for months before i decided to take the plunge..hoping against hope thatit wont nbe 'as good' as everyone claims it is. boy! was i wrong! this is an amazing brush ! almost justifies the peice:)

Actually worth the cost
Bought this after a lifetime of literally breaking brushes when they catch in my thick curly hair. I've used this for a year and am impressed with how quickly it sorts through my hair. It takes only a few strokes to brush through my waist length hair wet or dry. I do not use it with any products though based off the manufacturer's recommendation which is the one drawback, but I'd prefer to keep this brush pristine. Worth the cost and just purchased it again as a gift for a family member.

Great brush!
I have the boar bristle brush from MP and had to have another one. I have thick long hair and use this as a wet brush and is great for detangling while being gentle and not ripping hair apart.

Really great detangling brush
I've owned a Mason Pearson brush before and the only reason I had to buy another is because I somehow lost my previous one. This is great at great at detangling fine curly hair. Honestly, if you have coarse/thick curly hair, this might not work as well and I'd recommend a Wet brush (as in the brand) or a tangle teaser, but still this a lovely brush that detangles easily.

Wow so worth the money
I've heard about mason Pearson brushes for a while. I could never bring myself to buy one but after a bad highlight experience that left my hair straw like I decided to splurge. It's so worth it! I have thick, dry, frizzy, curly, long, over processed hair and the detangler makes brushing easy. I have also noticed when I wear my hair blown out and I brush it dry that it distributes my scalps natural oils very nicely which is what I was looking for. I would purchase this again!

The best brush for thick hair!
I have thick hair and this is the only brush I've found where the bristles will get down to my scalp. It feels wonderful to brush my hair now knowing that I'm getting through every bit of my hair. I would highly recommend this brush to anyone who has thick hair.
