Always a great base
I’ve always loved dermalogica products So this is a staple in my skin care routine. It’s light weight but long lasting so I don’t have to reapply like other moistures. I have oily skin so I’m always trying to find something light and let’s my skin breath, but also provide results. Even if I try another product I always end up going back to this lotion because it is simple and effective.

Introduced to Dermalogica years ago. Along the way I have tried other Brand moisturizers although always returning to Intensive Moisture Balance and years now here to stay. I find the product improves my skin tone and "attacks" those fine lines and wrinkles. I apply twice a day, morning (usually followed by a light foundation) and at night. Try it, I think Dermstore customers will be pleased with the results!

Only moisturizer I will use!
My skin is mostly oily, and I'm super prone to breakouts when changing products. This one has NEVER made me break out, and in fact will allow my skin to clear up after trying a different (less expensive) moisturizer. I've signed up for a subscription, which brings it down to a price I can handle, because otherwise, I think it's way too expensive. They tried to make it 81.00 last year, and then dropped it back to 72.00. I use a decent amount of it 2x/day. It has almost no scent, medium thickness, soaks in well with no greasiness. Works well under makeup, and sometimes I mix a bit of sunscreen in with it in the AM. I've been using it for 5+ years and cannot see myself switching.
