Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant is a truly unique rice-based enzyme powder that micro-exfoliates dulling debris and instantly leaves the skin noticeably smoother and brighter. The powder formula activates upon contact with water, releasing papain, salicylic acid and rice actives to accelerate cell renewal. Bearberry, aspergillus, grapefruit and licorice evens skin tone. Good exfoliant
I use this product twice a week at the rec of my esthetician. It has helped improve some cystic acne on my forehead and clogged pores on my chin. I am usually wary of physical exfoliants, but this one feels gentle enough.

Tried-and-true exfoliant
This is a wonderful, non-abrasive exfoliant that would work for most, if not all, skin types. It's very similar to AmorePacific's Treatment Enzyme Peel, but I find that I prefer this product to AmorePacific's (partially because this has no artificial fragrances). Since I've started using this, I've never felt the urge to reach for those more abrasive physical exfoliants. This cleanses my skin well and does not strip my skin of its oils.

One of my favorite exfoliators
I really like this product. I have switched from using this brand as my primary skincare but still use this in the shower a couple times a week. I alternate with a glycolic exfoliant. Really gentle and excellent for very sensitive skin. My husband reacts to almost everything and even he likes to use this sometimes.

Caused a bad reaction on my face
Sadly, this is a product I can't use. I thought with the fine powder and gentle application, it would not bother my skin. I have rosacea and sensitive skin, I know I need to be careful with rosacea and exfoliants, and the initial application did not bother me. The second one caused red bumps all over my face with lots of swelling, definitely signalling an allergic reaction. If you have sensitive/reactive skin, I would be very wary of using this product.

FINALLY FOUND THIS AGAIN!!
I used this for several years, and it's hands-down, my favorite daily skin cleanser. The consistency of this powder is perfect - not too fine nor too grainy - just perfect! My pores were always tight and my skin had a natural glow from the mild daily exfoliation. I stumbled across it today, and I plan to stock up!! I've used other brands' powder cleansing formulas and most of them are too fine to produce good results. This leaves my face feeling nice and taut, and perfectly prepped for foundation and concealer. If you try no other skin products, please try this, and I promise you'll love how soft your skin is and how it tightens the pores on your face!!

Gentle and effective
It's a daily fine granular scrub that you add a little water to and make a paste. Then rub the paste all over your face until the granuals are gone. I usually leave it on for a few minutes like a mask to let the "goodness" soak in! It makes my face feel super clean and smooth. The powder is so fine that you need to be careful not to inhale it when you put it in your hand to make the paste.
