Excellent for Sensitive Skin
I started using this face lotion a few years ago. I am early thirties but went gone through a bad period of breakouts. In addition to having acne, I have very sensitive skin. I am not allergic, just sensitive. Active moist has been great (really the only lotion I have found) for not irritating my skin but still moisturizing. I use it every morning, no matter what, no matter how humid or dry it is outside. I use sunscreens or whatever over the top, but this is the first lotion that I have used for an extended period of time and found my acne did not get worse. I love it. It gave my skin a chance to heal itself and my acne is now 100% better.

Becomes your 2nd skin but a bit shiny
I am very oily and have large, clogged pores, so I love the way active moist melts into my skin and doesn't clog pores unlike many other heavier moisturizers. Too bad it tends to leave a sheen on my face. I recommend using the clearing mattifier or mineral powder so that your face doesn't end up looking oily even though it is not.

Nice for oily skin
I use this at night. It doesn't fully hydrate all areas of my skin that get dehydrated from the acne products I use. But, I am very oily, so I don't want to use a product that is heavier. This goes on very nicely and doesn't feel greasy at all.
