Dermalogica Active Clearing Skin Wash (formerly MediBac Clearing Skin Wash) cleans, refines and refreshes the skin for a healthier complexion. Lactic acid exfoliates dead skin cells to unclog pores and revive the skin. Tea tree oil provides antiseptic benefits to reduce acne and inflammation. Witch hazel extract acts as a natural astringent to tighten pores and promote skin healing.

Work a pea-sized amount into a lather in wet hands. Apply to dampened face and neck, massaging in circular motions while concentrating on areas of congestion and oiliness. Avoid eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Great product that will reduce and control breakouts
I've been using this (as well as the rest of the medibac line) for the past year, and I have to say that my skin looks the best it ever has. At the age of 32, I still suffer from occasional breakouts and battle with severe congestion (black heads, white heads etc). Since using this product I find that it keeps my facial issues under control without drying out my skin. This won't eliminate all of your problems with breakouts and congestion, but it should dramatically improve them.

Effective Yet Gentle
I was afraid that this wash would dry my skin & cause it to be flaky. I have oily break through shine & adult acne, but my skin can also dry out with the use of harsh products. However, at the urging of an esthetician, I tried this. It is very nice & mild. It has not caused me to dry out, and combined with other medibac products in Dermalogica's line, my oily shine is reduced. I also recommend the oil control lotion for night time & the clearing mattifier under your makeup.
