Dermalogica Active Clearing Skin Wash (formerly MediBac Clearing Clearing Skin Wash) is a non-irritating, naturally foaming cleanser for oily and blemish-prone skin types. Salicylic acid promotes the natural exfoliation of dead skin cells which may clog pores and lead to blemishes. Balm mint, eucalyptus, tea tree, burdock and camphor extracts soothe and calm congested and aggravated skin, leaving it clean and ready for further treatments. Fragrance- and colorant-free, Clearing Skin Wash leaves the complexion clearer, healthier-looking, soft and pure.

Work a pea-sized amount into a lather in wet hands. Apply to dampened face and neck, massaging in circular motions while concentrating on areas of congestion and oiliness. Avoid eye area. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.

Blew away my roseacea

I have had a history of bad acne, and this skin wash worked for me in a matter of days. My acne started drying out and I noticed smoother skin. My skin was thirsty after I used Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash, so be sure to buy the oil-free moisturizing lotion that's part of the medi-bac skin system. ANY other moisturizer (Oil of Olay/Aveeno) caused me to break out again. AWESOME product.

Good but a bit dry
Great for my face most of the year except during the summer. My skin breaks out or peels too much for the clearing wash to keep my face acne-free, and gets too dry for my sensitive skin during the California dry summers, even after applying toner and active moist. This product can't be used more than 2-3 times per day for someone who has sensitive combination skin that still needs to retain moisture. I would switch back and forth from a gentle foaming face wash and the clearing wash in the summer. But it is great as an acne body wash also.
