Feels amazing
It feels nice. I sometimes forego moisturizer and use this instead because it feels so nice. Not sure about removing blemishes and roughness/texture, but it did calm irritation on my skin when I try a new product that breaks me out. My skin feels nice with it on. Worth a try, it's pretty affordable.

Great Product
At first i felt this was making my face greasy but after trying a few times it did not make it greasy even though it is a bit heavier so i only use it as a overnight mask which works great. . It absorbs well, and speeds up healing damaged or compromised skin. And its a large tube

Godsend for sensitive skin
I got this for my partner - fair, sensitive, combination skin with occasional red/bumpy flair ups - who loves it. She says it's the only thing in her routine, aside from an etude house sunscreen, that doesn't sting her skin. It's very soothing and has helped the bumps and redness clear up. That said, I love it too and feel it's improved my skin texture. It also smells great and the light fragrance isn't irritating. It is quite thick, but soaks in well.
