I’ve been using this for about 3 weeks and I use it after the serum and after I apply a prescription-strength retinol. It’s sticky, which is fine, but I don’t think it’s strong enough for my ultra-dry skin.

The only moisturizer that has worked for my sensitive skin!
I have extremely sensitive skin, and up until now I’ve had no luck finding a moisturizer that didn’t make my face get red or feel tight and itchy. I tried all the products for sensitive skin and they all caused the same issue so I decided to try the all in one even though it wasn’t formulated for sensitive skin, and to my surprise it caused no issues! It even helped my skin texture and is a great moisturizer! The only things I would say is it can be a little bit messy to apply so wear a headband so your hair doesn’t stick and make sure your face is damp before applying (I really like using avene thermal water spray and then applying the cream)

Does remind me of snails
So I guess it didn't occur to me given the name of the product that it was perhaps derived from snails. I don't know if it is or not, but it oozes and trails a bit like mucous when you open it. That said, once you get over a slight ick factor, it goes on very smoothly with no smell and is a good value. I will say I've also been using this on my neck/decolletage and I have seen improvement from my old lady neck and chest which have smoothed considerably.
