Highly recommend! I have combo/dehydrated skin that is acne prone and clogs easily! I usually start my day off dry but by the end of the day I am super oily. This cream works wonders for dry areas and as a last step in my nighttime skincare routine.

OMG love it
Got a sample when I ordered the pimple patches, and was immediately hooked. Helps repair skin damaged by acne. It feels like it provides a 'seal' over the rest of your skin care to lock in moisture. Really recommend if you're using a retinol as well, as it can help with some of the irritation of a retinol.

Firstly - to address other reviews - I do not find this to have any scent at all, maybe just a tiny herbal one, if you sniff really hard. They must have updated the formula or had a weird batch. I'm so glad I ordered it anyway - I almost didn't because I hate my beauty products to have any kind of fragrance. This is a heavy-duty, super-moisturizing balmy cream that will heal your dry skin like nothing else. If you're looking for a lightweight daytime moisturizer, move along, this isn't for you. I went through a round of accutane a couple years ago and my skin is very dry as a result, especially in the wintertime (worth it), but is also somehow still a little oily (I was a greaseball before). This is the first facial moisturizer I've found that soothes my dry patches and actually absorbs, which is KEY. Want something that will solidly moisturize and heal your skin at night? BUY THIS. I have tried SO many night creams and this is for real my favorite discovery in my almost 20 years of skincare obsession. I wish I'd found it sooner, especially while I was on accutane. CosRx really hit it out of the park with this one. I've tried several of their other moisturizers. This is by far my favorite. I hope they never stop making it.

Great for Hands/Body, Not so Great for Face
I have acne-prone, combo skin with hyperpigmentation. I bought this to compare to Cerave Healing Ointment which also has ceramides in it, but not centella asiatica. I wanted to see if I could get the moisture plus redness reduction in one sealing product. Sadly, this cream is a little waxy and made me break out in small red bumps. But, it is an amazing moisturizer for hands. The waxiness seems to disappear when applying to my hands (probably cause I need that level of moisture on them so it soaks it all up). It has solved my dryness from hand sanitizer/washing and the winter which Cerave could not do. And I only have to reapply two to three per day. I definitely will buy again just for the body care aspect and I usually just stick w cheaper, drugstore brands for my body care

Caused eye irritation
The texture of this i loved. Its like a creamy balm. It felt great on the skin. But 15-20 later my eyes began to water and feel irritated. Mind you i didnt put this on my eyelids or anything but they felt irritated nontheless. I tried this a second time and same reaction.
