Don't know how it works but I love it
Once I got past the "ick" factor with this product I fell in love with it. Has made my skin smoother, softer, made my wrinkles less noticeable, as well as making it brighter and less shiny, which has been a challenge for me for decades (I'm 51 so I'm starting to fight wrinkles but still have oily skin with breakouts). Ordered a full size after my monthly box sample. Am a big fan!

Excellent hydrator
This is one of the few hydrating serums that I have tried that doesn't artificially make my face feel soft, but actually moisturizes it. I hate products with glycerin, which can just make you feel sticky instead of nourished. This product does just that without the stick or unpleasant feeling going on.

Snails? Really? But yes...
So given that slugs eat my flowers in my garden, I'm going to say that anything involving a snail did not sound good to me. But I wanted to try the "essence" concept and this one seems to have a lot of followers. So I tried it. It's very thin, watery. Doesn't smell good, but not really bad either. I found it softened my skin nearly immediately (couple of days). I could swear it helps a bit with discoloration too.

So disappointed
I was so excited to try this since I have seen so many people recommend it as thier HG that completely changed their skin. Sadly, I had a reaction to it. It gave me strange bumps like I have never gotten before. They were uncomfortable, swollen and red like pimples but they were not pimples. I took a break from it, let my skin recover and tried it again in hopes it would work out but alas, same thing.
