Pump no longer reliable
Great product but as per others, the pump fully working on both sides is now 50/50. I used to never have problems with it in the five years I’ve used it and Dermstore isn’t interested in helping you with a replacement. I’ll be buying directly from SkinMedica or my local spa now as they will guarantee the product.

I’ve used the TNS Serum for years and this is the second container I’ve had that doesn’t dispense from both sides. The first one DERMSTORE wouldn’t exchange because I didn’t have the original container - I tend to stock up when it’s on sale. I just opened a new one from Black Friday sale and once again, it’s faulty!

I’ve only been using this serum for about a month and have already seen results. My pores are noticeably smaller and the surface level texture is much smoother. My smile lines are plumper and more resilient to movement. My only critique is the pump tends to dispense unevenly. To get around this, store the bottle upside down and use two fingers on the pump (one on each side).

I want to love this product.
I switched back to TNS Advanced after seven years of using another product line. I thought it would say me money. Instead of using multiple products I could use one or two. I want to love the product but I'm not sure It will work to its full potential because it only dispenses the product from one side. I would like to return but have thrown away the packaging. It's a too expensive for faulty packaging. I will see how it works.

Great Product, Bad Inventory
The serum itself is great but in order to benefit from the serum, you need to have a functional bottle/ dispenser for it. I had a subscription for over 2 years and purchased a bottle every other month. Several of the bottles only dispensed on one side or the other, which negates the effectiveness of the serum. Dermstore does not replace or warrant the faulty bottles so if you have the poor luck of receiving a defective item, you are just out $250+. Also, many of the bottles were dated from 2022 (in 2023 & 2024) so I am not sure of the shelf life either. Perhaps I will have better luck ordering directly from Skinmedica.
