PLEASE MAKE A NEW DELIVERY SYSTEM!
In short, this stuff def works. I started rotating it in my night time routine about a year ago. It made me break out when I used it daily, so I use every few nights. My biggest gripe is the pump! I'm on my second bottle and the pump is just horrible. I've tried everything, from storing upside down to shaking, smacking, even the area I push down to pump. It works well for a bit, then always ends up having only 1 side come out. Then you have to pump many times to get both sides coming out which wastes so much product! And at this price? This shouldn't be happening. Please Skinmedica, make a new pump or delivery system, cause this one is horrible!

My 5th purchase
I have been using this for maybe 2 years now and I do find it makes a difference. It really helps to buy it when it is 15% off and then lock into a subscription. It ends up costing 177. Much better but still expensive for me. So I skip a month now and then. So just FYI, I do store it upside down. And I do notice that the white is left at the end of the bottle. And the clear starts before the white mixes in at the beginning of the new. So I save the old and mix the white with the new clear until they begin to come out together. I know we shouldn't have to do that but it works for me. Hope that makes sense! I don't know of another product like this so I keep purchasing. I am almost 65 and use this with SkinCeuticals vitamin C and at night use this with my over the counter retinol product. Skin looks good and get compliments from dermatologist.

Huge giant plastic bottle, but only 1oz! Can't open it up to get the rest out. Horrible for the price. Product itself is very slippery, a little goes a long way. Only use at night. Use e/o day with tretinoin use the other day, otherwise my skin becomes tender. May even need to add a skip day of actives? Still trying to figure it out. On my 2nd bottle, most likely my last for a break. Using it less often does stretch use. Hope it works for you!

Great serum but horrible pump
I have been using this serum for about two years now and while I do LOVE the feel of it on my skin at night I just can't get over how bad the pump is. I have tried every trick to make sure I get every drop of this expensive serum. I finally opened up the bottle to find two tiny tubes of serum. I was disappointed to see that some of the serum is still in the tubes but it won't come out of the pump. I deducted a star due to the packaging. Why is the bottle so big? There is only one ounce of the serum in it. I'm unable to travel with it. I think I am going of trying something else because I'm done with the pump.
