SkinMedica AHA/BHA Cream is a rich cream that combines alpha and beta hydroxy acids to deliver effective exfoliation and efficiently remove dead skin cells to reveal fresh, healthy skin. Enriched with vitamins C and E, this anti-wrinkle cream diminishes fine lines and hyperpigmenation, while nourishing and protecting the skin from free radical damage and promoting elasticity for a rejuvenated complexion.
Apply twice-daily to face, neck and decollete. Mild temporary stinging is normal. Avoid getting in eyes. If contact occurs, rinse eyes thoroughly with water.

Clears acne!
I started getting hormonal acne when I was 20. Finally 10 years later I went to a medi spa and the esthetician told me to use this cream. At first it made my acne worse but I kept using it (a few times per week slowly increasing to nightly use) and after about 6 weeks my acne was completely gone. My skin stayed clear for over a year and when I ran out I didn't buy more, and after 2-3 months of not using it my acne returned. I will never stop using it again! It is definitely worth the price and the initial period of getting used to it. Also I didn't really like the scent at first, but now it doesn't bother me.

Seems to be working...
I really like this cream since it seems to help with my monthly acne issues. I use it morning and night even with retinol (every other night) and it's been fine-no excessive redness or irritation. I'm not sure about the hyperpigmentation claim yet as I've only been using for about 3 weeks. I do love the slight tingling feeling when applied which makes me believe it's doing something for my skin!

This actually seems to be working.
I had been looking for a AHA/BHA face cream that smoothes my skin and helps with acne. This was to replace a brand I used to use (and loved) which has been discontinued for men (Lab series AHA/BHA sun screen lotion) This does a good solid job protecting and smoothing my skin out without causing me to break out more or irritating my skin.
