I have used M&H cleanser for a couple of years and it continues to nourish my dry skin. My only complaint is that the formula has changed and it is thinner and more watery that before. But it is still a good cleanser that makes my skin feel smooth and clean, without drying me out.

very moisturizing and thick
I love the Sanitas line and decided to try this cleanser now that we're entering the drier, colder months. It's very thick, has a strong milk and honey smell that I don't exactly. It's a fine cleanser but nothing special. It didn't quite feel like it's removing impurities from my face, nor does it feel like it's improving the texture or tone of my skin. That said, it hasn't caused any breakouts or irritation and I'll continue trying it out.

the perfect make up remover
I am in my early 50's and I have double cleansed my skin for the past 30 years. I love skincare and enjoy trying new things on a regular basis. With the change of season, I just introduced this new cleanser into my routine and boy! do I love this milk!! It is thicker than your regular cleansing milk but easier to manipulate than your regular thicker balm - a perfect mix of both which makes it ideal for drier skin with a little more makeup to remove. The texture is wonderful, the smell is very pleasant; I remove it with a washcloth and do a quick second wash with a mild foaming gel afterward. It does the job (i.e. cleans) in the most pleasant mild way. A keeper, no question.
