This is a great product, but be prepared to wait for it to be shipped. This is the second time now that I have ordered this from Dermstore and have waited a month or more for shipment. Order it somewhere else if you need it sooner.

Disaappointed
I was so excited to try this eye makeup remover by Vichy however, it was a huge let down. Maybe my expectations were too high given the Vichy name and my past experience with other Vichy Products but this did not do the job. I have used high end products like NARS and Estee Lauder and though they are pricey, they do the job without tugging and pulling the delicate eye area. I wish it was a 5 but it is not...

Sticking With My Target Brand
I've tried all the eye makeup removers. From sensitive skin to waterproof and prestige brands and most recently up and up from target. I've enjoyed the target brand and honestly had no issues with it, but after reading the reviews here I thought this my be even better. I'm not thrilled. This barely did anything other than take off my cream eyeshadow. For the price and convenience of picking up the up and up on my target run, I'll stick with it and pass on Vichy. Sending back. Also, wasn't a fan of the scent as it definitely has some sort of smell to it.

This eye makeup remover does a great job on removing waterproof mascara. It doesn't take much effort with this remover. It's gentle and does not irritate my eyes. I will definitely buy again when I run out.

Worst Eye makeup remover
This would get my eye shadow off but wouldn't even touch my mascara I ended up throwing it away because it wouldn't work. The whole point of eye makeup remover is to remove all the makeup this product is a joke. Don't waste your $17 on it.
