Epionce Balancing Toner formerly Re-Balancing Clarifier, hydrates, tones and rejuvenates the skin's appearance for a smooth complexion. Cucumber extract calms and soothes sensitive skin conditions including redness and irritation. Marshmallow extract promotes cell regeneration to help damaged skin.
Apply to cotton ball and wipe over the entire face and neck after cleansing. Use once or twice daily, or as directed by your skin care professional.

Balance toner
Use this in my daily regimen. So far after using this a couple week Ive noticed less oily skin. I plan to continue to use this with my other epionce products. It burns a small amount after putting in on if you have recent acne sores but it’s short lived. Haven’t noticed too much for complexion but it’s only been two weeks.

EPIONCE SAVED MY SKIN!!
Epionce Balancing Toner is the only toner that I use. I have tried them all, but I always go back to this toner. It has toned my skin and helped with brown sunspots. I even use it under my eyes and it does not irritate me, but helped some of the darkness under my eyes. (Not sure if your suppose to use it there but it works for me) I Love it!! A few years ago, I got really sick and lost a lot of weight that I didn't need to lose. (I looked so much older). The skin on my face was sagging! I watched a YouTube video on Epionce and started using their products and my skin did a 180 degree turn for the better! I highly recommend Epionce! You will be so happy you did!!
