onto the good stuff
Started with the sensitive skin discs and have finally made my move to the green (moderate level). I use my device once a week and use each disc 2-3 times. Once your skin is used to the lower levels this really is the perfect jump to start seeing results,

Surprising Sensitive
I transitioned from the blue to the green discs months ago, and my face really likes them. These are gentle enough for my sensitive skin to get a weekly exfoliation. Like other reviewers, I don't use the PMD device on my body, so I'm not sure how the larger discs compare to the smaller ones. This is an excellent at-home exfoliating device for weekly use!

gentle but effective
I personally really like the green ones. It's gentle enough for my semi-sensitive skin, but also does a great job of exfoliating my skin. My face feels really smooth after i use it. Like others say, I would rather have more of the smaller disks than have the two bigger disks as i dont use the PMD on my body. I like this so much that i also got one for my mom and she loves it.

These work wonderfully, I have to agree with previous comments regarding the unuse of larger discs and the waste of money do to this. But all in all if used regularly you will notice smoother more luminous skin
