Definitely recommend
I know this sounds cheesy but this really does work! I work 3rd shift and it's so hard after work to sleep at all bc it's day time so I sprayed this on my pillow and it literally makes me fall asleep within less than 30 mins so I love this and will always use.

My new favorite thing

Smells like a spa
This reminds me of hotel spas; it is soothing, but I am not sure if it's because of the smell or my association of it to a spa. Not really sure if it is effective, as I felt no change in my sleep pattern. At least it smells good!

It does what it says
I have to admit. This stinky/dirty lavender smelling product works. I love lavender, I don't love this smell however because it works quickly, and you get used to it quickly.

I will try any product that claims to improve your sleep. I'm not 100% sure if this one works or not, but it doesn't hurt. I was relieved that it didn't stain my pillow case or sheets.

No idea if it is all in my head, but it really does not matter. I seem to fall asleep faster, especially after using it in the middle of the night. Great for travel. I have a hard time sleeping on the road and this is helpful and comforting. Smells amazing and dissipates faster than a perfume so residual scent is scarce.

I am amazed at how well this works for me. I am very scent sensitive so I was afraid that it would either give me a headache or make me sneeze. It did neither and actually helps me fall asleep. Not for me!
I hate to say it because I was looking so forward to getting this but I don't like it at all! I normally use strait lavender oil on my pillow and it works wonders! This stuff smells ok, but the scent fades so quickly. The nights I used it, I slept horribly. When I went back to my oil I slept good again. I really wish I could get my money back, not worth it.
