Great scent
Not sure if this product actually helps me fall asleep any faster but I love the smell and use it every night. My husband thinks it smells weird, but he falls asleep straight away after smelling it, so maybe it's working on him!

It's okay, but overpriced
I had to try this as I've made and used many sleep blends and wanted to compare. It's a pleasant, relaxing scent, but it hasn't impacted the quality of my sleep. It's not terribly strong, which is great, and it's a generous size, though it's still overpriced for what it is. Tips- spray on the inside of your pillowcase since the essential oils & the constituents used aren't all skin-safe and keep the bottle well away from children. I'd recommend to those familiar with the ingredients who'd rather buy a blend instead of making one.

This works however...
I bought this product because I was having trouble falling asleep at night. I tried it the night that I got it and yes, it does work but I don't know if it is superior to my other products. I have a diffuser that I use with essential oils and I feel like that does the trick just as well.

This spray has a very nice scent. The major note is lavender and is very relaxing. In the beginning, it works very well but I feel generally it loses the effect.

Better than Melatonin!
I struggle with falling asleep and staying asleep, but am not a fan of medication as a solution. This stuff helps immensely! A couple of sprays are enough to help my body and mind relax and I wake up less when I use this. The scent is strong enough that it stays around a while but it isn't overwhelming. It also lingers in my hair a bit the next day, which I actually like. :)
