Really helps me get a better sleep
I love this spray and a little does a long way. I only use one spritz. It is unfortunate, but my husband says it makes him sneeze. Therefore, I am not getting much use out of it. In fact, it is stronger than I thought it would be when I bought it. I really do like it though.
