Seems to be working
This the first time that I am buying a full size product. I have purchased the smaller travel sized one, just to see if it makes any difference. I am a medical doctor, so a healthy dose of skepticism is omnipresent when it comes to all these gimmicky sprays, oils etc... But with this one I have to say, it does help me fall asleep quicker, i find myself focusing on the smell which brings my awareness to present and encourages me to use mindfulness, which perhaps is why this works in the first place. Whether its science or pseudoscience that makes this do the trick, I am in.

Fall asleep easily, be less groggy!
I use this pretty much every night. I spray a few spritzes on my pillow and then open a book...I usually fall asleep before I can turn off the light! This is great for insomniacs like me who want to over meds. It works on my boyfriend too, and possibly our cat (both fall asleep soon after I spray this as well). Smells divine!

It is a nice product. I like the scent and was really excited to use it, but... I ended up never using it as it is not necessary at all and i just keep forgetting about it. If you're really into this kind of stuff- it could work for you. But if you're low maintenance like me - probably you don't need it

Didn't work for us
My husband has been having trouble sleeping, unfortunately this didn't work for him. I put it on my pillow also and I wasn't crazy about the smell.
