Scent does not linger
The scent does not last long at all. I have to spray my sheets and pillows so much before hopping into bed, and even then I can no longer smell it after a few minutes. I'm not sure if it has helped with my sleep. It smells nice though.

I bought this after a few days of not being able to sleep. It didn't really work for me as I kept having trouble sleeping, but the scent is calming and I guess it helped me calm down before going to bed. My husband on the other hand hated the smell so I stopped using it after a few nights :(
