Perfect Slumber

I purchased this skeptically because who could actually make a sleep spray and it would actually do what it claims, well it really does! I love the scent (I 'd like to have my whole house scented with it!) I didn't tell my husband because he wouldn't admit if it worked so after 3 nights of him sleeping 2-3 hours longer (he usually only sleeps 4-5 hours because of arthritis)I told him what I did and he said it was probably something else I didn't spray his pillow 3 nights in a row and he decided it did work. I am terminally ill so I needed something to calm my body so I could fall asleep and it helps so much! I just wish it didn't cost so much.

Both of the pillow sprays are amazing but I buy in bulk and switch up because this one is cheaper. Still works like a charm though. My whole room smells amazing when you enter. Then right off to sleep I go once my head hits the pillow. Use it for the kids too and they really love it and fall asleep easier.

This really works
I got this as a gift and was skeptical about it at first. I have been using it for two weeks now and I really find it helpful to help me sleep faster and feel comfortable before going to sleep. The smell isn't so strong that it'll keep me awake and it does smell like lavender with some hint of chamomile. I even caught myself drooling in the morning after waking up so I assume it really does work. As for the refresh, I'm not sure but I do find it relaxing and a perfect usage if you are stressed or tired. I gave it a 4/5 stars because I wish the bottle could be a bigger size vs. a smaller option which should last a month or two depending how much you spray on your pillow (I spray around 3-4 on my pillow and blanket). Would I recommend it? Yes if you are stressed and tired, I would buy it again. Also noted, when I spray it on my pillow, it does not feel wet like Frebeeze so it drys quickly. The smell does stay on your body or hair but its not a bad smell.
