Fall Asleep faster
This definitely helped me relax into a slumber faster, two quick sprays for a nice relaxing smell. Although I did relax and fall asleep faster, I still woke up as quick when my child awoke a few times. I sprayed again in middle of the night after waking up and I went right back to sleep and felt most rested than usual when waking up. This definitely helped add more time to my nights sleep. I normally stay up pretty late and have a hard time falling asleep. This helped both relax my mind and body.

It actually works
This stuff puts me into a dead sleep that I don't wake up through the night. I love it! The smell isn't the best sure but you only have to put up with it for a few minutes before you drift off into a wonderful land of sleep.

Nice scent
I purchased a full-size of this over the holidays and received a travel size with my BeautyFix box. While I've used it any number of times, it has not helped me sleep. However, I do find the scent pleasing, and when I notice it I focus on it for a bit which helps get my mind off other issues. Note that it should not be sprayed directly on your skin. I hold it a foot or so above my pillow and make 2-3 sprays as I wave my arm.

I think it works....
Got this in the Dermstore Beautyfix box and I really liked it, the scent was definitely calming. As far as helping me fall asleep...I guess it helped. I really can't attest to the effectiveness of this product in regards to aiding with sleep but the smell was definitely relaxing.

Not bad, but not good
This certainly smells like lavender, but the fragrance dissipates after 15-20 minutes and I can't smell it on my pillow at all after using it for a few days in a row. I realize it's not perfume, but I think for the price, you could make your own spray with essential oils or order an alternate product.

smells so good and calming
This is my first and only pillow spray type of product. I don't normally like these floral scents. But this lavender smells so good and just the right strength. Now this smell just reminds me of a good sleep. Love it.
