Thoroughly cleanse your skin, pat dry. Hold tube upright and twist cap counterclockwise. Gently squeeze into the palm of your hand. Apply with light sweeping motions over your face, neck and/or decolletage. It is normal to feel a mild tingling upon application. If any irritation or redness occurs, discontinue use, at least temporarily. Use once or twice daily or as directed by your skin care professional.

Amazing results
This serum is literally liquid gold. I truly didn't want to like it so much, as it is expensive for the meager amount you get. I have been able to make 1 vial last me for about a week and a half, after applying twice a day. My skin is smooth, bright, and hydrated. My only complaint is obviously the price for what you get.

Quality product
Let me begin by saying my skin is not "in desperate need of intense repair" but I take very good care of it. As I am 66, have have regular facials dermabrasions and exfoliate in one way or another mostly every day with either AHA's or retinol, I purchase the intensive serum over the other although it costs a little more, but use it less often. I had been using the Skinmedica TNS essential serum but the illusion of the large bottle that actually holds only an a small amount of product was frustrating and it often didn't dispense evenly from both channels.. Although they are both superior products with growth factors and support for sagging skin, at least I know what I am getting. I feel that this serum repairs, firms and brightens my skin just as well, yet lasts a little longer. Its consistency is so smooth and luxurious and penetrates well with no residual oil. It feels like it strengthens and fills any areas that need help rebuilding. I massage it in before applying my retinol and follow with a high quality nourishing night cream. One little tube provides about 4 to 5 applications as a couple of drops glides easily to cover my face, neck and décolleté. Just make sure to apply immediately after washing while your skin still holds moisture. I regularly get compliments on my skin. I know it's expensive, but if you can afford it, I highly recommend it.
