Makes Your Mascara Last Longer
This base helps to separate lashes and my mascara lasts much longer when I apply it on top of this primer. The white primer is totally invisible under the coat of your regular mascara

Pretty good primer
I've used primers from L'oreal, Dior, Lancome and Origins. I think this is 2nd to the DIOR, which is my favourite, except for the price. For me, this one works well and is not too pricey, so, I've repurchased it. I do not have thick lashes and this does give me the volume I want w/out a clumpy effect and or causeing flaking throughout a long day.

clumpy and not sensitive friendly!
I used to use Tarte's Multipleye eyelash primer before it was discontinued. I bought this when I needed a replacement and was very underwhelmed. It was super clumpy which then made my mascara clumpy. Also, after just a few days of using it both of my eyes became super swollen, and I assume it was because of the primer as I hadn't change any other routines. I have very sensitive skin but have not had issues with other Tarte products.
