Tarte Cosmetics Tarteist™ Double Take Eyeliner helps define eyes with its waterproof, 12-hour formula and multi-use design. Enriched with mineral pigments, this black eyeliner is a liquid and gel eyeliner that goes smoothly to define or tightline while imparting rich color.
