My New Favorite Mascara!
I recently bought this mascara and it is amazing! I only buy mascara with natural ingredients. This mascara is perfect! The color is buildable so I can get the desired color that I want. Also, it doesn't run and/or it isn't very flaky. It can get flaky if you apply too much, but it doesn't typically. This will be my new go to mascara!

Disappointed
I bought this product after reading the rave reviews. I liked that the mascara was "natural" and I also love Tarte as their concealer is my holy grail. The good: The packaging is neat, it is made from bamboo (I believe). It is easy to wash/remove. It is made from natural clays and pigments. The bad: I found it weak on all fronts...there is nothing special about the brush, it is large and difficult to separate lashes with. You cannot build volume, if you add more coats your lashes will just clump. The formula is weak, after a day of work (or even just part way through my day) I will find little black flecks under my eyes and on my cheeks. I think it performs well for a "natural" mascara, hence the other great reviews. I should also add as someone blessed with pretty long lashes I don't ask for much in a mascara and this one fell way short of my expectations.

Great Mascara
I just ordered my second tube of this mascara. I've been using my first tube for about 3 months and it has lasted really nicely. Hasn't gotten too clumpy or dry. I have long, thick eyelashes and I find I am able to layer wet or dry. The bristles on the wand are just close enough together to keep my lashes separated, but if I do get clumps, my lashes are easily separated with a clean, dry, mascara wand. I'm fairly active and it doesn't run or drop little clumps on my cheeks throughout the day. Washes off fairly well with facial cleaner and water. I almost forgot to mention that the wood tube feels great in my hands.

Holy Grail Mascara

I really like how light this feels. It does weigh down my lashes a little bit but using a second coat lifts them really well. It comes off easily and does not clump. I really like to use clean makeup and this stuff goes on and feels really nice!
