Whoops!
I love the matte version of this product but the illuminating one is a bit to shimmery for me. I will likely use this on my décolleté in the summer and avoid on my face.

Good in the summer
I like to use this in the summer to give me a nice glow. It is easy to blend and is not too orange looking. My only complaint is the tiny sparkle specs, which I don't like a lot of in my bronzer.

My go to bronzer
I used to use NARS and Two-Faced bronzer before I developed an allergy to an ingredient in makeup. After trying many all-natural bronzers that were all splotchy and orange, I decided to try this. Tarte is as close to all-natural as it gets when it comes to using make up that actually works. I assume the ingredients that aren't all-natural are used sparingly because I didn't have any contact dermatitis after using this. It has the perfect color for me-golden bronze with the slightest hint of shimmer that is buildable. Did I mention it smells like the beach?

Easy to work with, nice payoff
I find this color very natural on my medium skin, and I appreciate that it's not too shimmery (I can use it as a contour if I want). It's beautiful for adding a bit of flush to my skin, or as a very natural eyeshadow. The packaging is great too, love the faux 80's texture. Very pretty bronzer.

Favorite bronzer
I think I have tried every bronzer ever made searching for the perfect one, not too shimmery/not too matte. This is my bronzer! I replaced my tried and true Cargo bronzer for good once I found this. The color is amazing and can work on many tones. The smell is heavenly. I normally don't care for scented products, but this is delicious.
