Stiff & Painful
I was looking for a paddle brush with flexible bristles and a soft cushion and I thought this one would have soft bristles because it says “smooth” and I thought it would be painless because it claims to have a cushion but the cushion is really stiff and hard just like the bristles and it was yanking out my hair without really helping to detangle it much at all, especially bc I felt like I had to be more careful. I thought I didn’t like my old brush very well but I loved it compared to this one! :( Wish I could return, so upset that I unboxed it and used it before making sure it was good enough. I don’t even feel like I can sell this so I don’t even know what to do with it. Money wasted.

Great for thick hair
This was a gift for my DiL for Xmas, she has super thick, straight hair and it really cuts through her tresses….I love it because it feels so great. The cushioning is wonderful and the pins are capped so you don’t scratch your scalp

The brush is really nice, I have shoulder length hair and it works perfect with dry or wet hair. It might not be a good option for someone with short hair since brush it's kind of big. I love to use it when using the hair drier. I have straight hair.
