Non-irritating, can really see a difference!
Great product! For reference I'm 27 yo with combination skin, some mild hormonal acne, main concern is large pores. I've been using Sunday Riley Good Genes for about 10 months now and absolutely love it, and decided it was time to get on the retinol train. I didn't want anything too harsh and Luna is PERFECT. A little goes a long way-I only need about 4 drops for my face, which I put on in the evening immediately after cleansing then follow up with Good Genes and La Roche-Posay Double Toleriane moisturizer. When I first started using it I thought I would have to ease into it gradually, but I had zero irritation and quickly went to using it about 6 nights a week. I know pores can't actually shrink but I swear when I wake up in the morning my pores look noticeably smaller! On a side note, I listened to a podcast with Sunday Riley and she explained that the reason this product has a little bit of added blue color (on top of what the blue tansy naturally gives it) is because most people don't massage their skin enough when they apply product. The intense blue color makes it so that you have to really massage it into your skin for the color to disappear. Anyway, overall very happy and will definitely continue to use this.

Excellent retinoid oil
I had been using The Ordinary's 2% Granactive Retinoid in Squalane for a year or so, which gave decent results for a $10/bottle product. When the COVID lockdowns kicked in early last year that particular product was sold out everywhere online so I ended up dropping the retinol entirely from my routine for 9+ months. At the end of that period of time, my skin was congested even with regular AHA / BHA peels and a salicylic acid cleanser, so I decided to add a retinoid back into my routine. I chose the LUNA Night Sleeping Oil because of the ingredients - I've been making a conscious effort to stay away from overly chemical products where I can. Everything in this product is pretty straightforward and I've had no issues even though I have sensitive / rosacea-prone skin. After cleansing, I use a moisturizing essence, let that absorb, then I place 3 drops of the LUNA oil in my palm, warm between my hands, and press gently on my face avoiding the eye area. The product applies nicely and does not feel greasy or heavy on my face. I also make sure to wait ~10 minutes for the product to absorb before using my normal moisturizing cream on top. My skin looked better the next day, which genuinely surprised me. I did experience a bit of purging and one day of barely flaky skin around my nose, but both issues resolved as quickly as they started. The improvement in pore congestion / closed comedones has been pretty amazing in the two weeks that I've been using the product. I can't say too much about line reduction at this point, but overall my complexion looks healthy and refreshed and I absolutely feel that the product is worth its price. The only complaint that I have is about the bottle - it's a clear glass bottle with a dark blue coating / translucent paint. Every time I hold the bottle at the base, the blue paint flakes off and sticks to my hand. At first I didn't realize that it was from the bottle and wondered if the oil had some solids in it, but upon closer inspection I realized it was the blue coating. I double check to make sure there's no flakes on my hand before applying the oil to my face. It's minor but for the price the bottle should be true colored glass or another option without any deco coating.

Excellent oil for aging skin
I have been amazed at how nourishing this oil has been (with retinol?!). Every product I have tried previously with retinol had been extremely drying - causing my skin to peel and burn. This feels so soothing! Just started using, so need to see what the results are long-term

Not worth the money
I used this for about a month and saw minimal difference. The texture and smell are nice - very herbal, and I like the blue tint because you can see where you rub it in even though it is artificial. I like blue tansy in a facial oil in general, but there are less expensive options out there with equivalent benefits (Acure makes an inexpensive version that is good). The retinol part of this is very gentle - too gentle if you are used to stronger retinoids but is probably a good option for those who want to start slowly. Overall, it would be good for someone who wants a luxurious face oil that will have some benefits after long-term use.
