good staple when I have problem skin
This is very pricey I know. But I do think its worth it if there's a discount involved. I typically either get this when dermstore has 20% or sephora has 15-20% off. I usually use this in the PM before my moisturizer. Within a couple days my skin was soft and supple and any red marks I had were definitely lighter.

If you are prone to dry skin be careful with this, it caused redness and skin flaking for me when used nightly, but used only a few nights a week and followed up with thicker moisturizing products it works much better. As with many Sunday Riley products it has an unusual and not-entirely-pleasant scent, somewhat citrus-y in this case, but it dissipates quickly. I get better results from this when it's thoroughly massaged in rather than just patted on.

I love this lactic acid. I had no problems with it causing any congestion or breaking me out. I only use at night and It leaves my skin so soft, smooth and radiant. I rotate it with retinol and mandelic acid.

Loved it when I got it, but have others I like more
This is effective, but I found that it didn't last very long. I used one to two pumps every other night and it didn't even last 6 weeks. For the price, I prefer Drunk Elephant's TLC glycolic exfoliator. Even though this wasn't my favorite, my mom swears by it so to each their own.

I've been using this treatment every morning under my moisturizer and after a month or so I still haven't seen any noticeable results. My skin has not reacted badly, I do get a slight tingle which I assume means it is working, and unlike some reviewers I do not mind the scent. I had high expectations for lightening dark spots and plumping lines but maybe the results are more dramatic the worse your skin is! My skin is ok but I'm 66 so maybe it works better on younger skin. I plan to finish the bottle but I probably will not repurchase.
