The blue cleanser starts out as a solid balm but quickly transforms to a liquid, milk-like consistency. The oil-infused formula lifts makeup and impurities and gently washes them away. Ideal for dry and normal skin alike, this gentle balm strips away all the daily dirt, grime, makeup and gunk without disrupting your skin's natural oils. Tested safe to use on eyes, it even removes stubborn waterproof formulas. Need another reason to love it? It doubles as a hydrating face mask! Leave on for 20 minutes and reveal plump, dewy, soft skin.

Use morning and night. Gently massage onto dry skin for 1-2 minutes, using a warm cloth, wipe the balm from your skin sweeping over closed eyes to remove make-up. A Decent Product
This is a good product but the price is too high for similar products out there. It is hydrating and removes makeup well. It did not leave residue behind or leave my skin feeling tight. The best ingredient to me is the Blue Tansy.

One of my favorite products ever.
I use this about two times a week at night. I leave it on my face for a little while before rinsing, and it leaves my face soft and dewy. Costly but good for using before going out or after a long day.

Ultra luxurious
This stuff just brings so much joy sitting on your vanity, looking all polished and sophisticated. Removing makeup, usually a tedious task I all-too-often push off until morning, has become a treat and a luxe experience with this balm. It smells amazing, it melts beautifully, and it exfoliates ever so gently. Now, real talk: is it *that* much better at removing makeup than the best cleansing balm you can find at the drugstore? I'm not so sure. But what I do know is that you're paying for the luxury.

initial disappointment, but pleasantly surprised
i purchased this balm cleanser not expecting it to be a scrub. i don't see any mention of this in the description, but it actually contains small beads for exfoliation. luckily, the beads are not too abrasive, but i would not use them around the eye area. another initial letdown was the smell of the product - other reviews seem to rave about how this cleanser smells, but to me, it smells of faint bubblegum, which is not how i want my cleanser to smell. BUT, despite these issues, i do feel that my skin is soft and bouncy after using, and love that it rinses off cleanly without stripping. i like to massage it in before showering and rinse it off towards the end.
