Best for permanent dark circles
I have those genetic dark circles that don’t respond to anything. I’ve had them since I was a baby and they tend to get worse during the allergy seasons. This cream actually makes them look a bit lighter! It’s the only thing that ever has, other than concealer. It’s not a treatment - it’s more like makeup, but not tinted (just brightening, like a highlighter) - so it won’t fix your dark circles or anything, but it will make them temporarily look a bit less intense. With it to me!

Definite brightening effect
I’ve purchased this a few times, I always like to have it on hand because it DOES brighten up my often dark under eye area. So I use it for daytime. It’s not very hydrating though, which is why I can only give it three stars.
