Stila Cosmetics All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is extremely long-wearing and budge-resistant with a fluid formula that goes on effortlessly. The easy marker-like applicator tip perfectly lines eyes for a daytime or night-out look. This waterproof liquid liner stays on as late as you stay out without smudging or running.
Intense Black is a jet black shade.
Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible. In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

No raccoon eyes
Very few eyeliners work for my monolid eyes. This one works and lasts all day. Got both the brown and black. Brown works for a weekend look but pretty translucent.

The best I've found!
A few months ago I switched from pencil liners to felt tip and I'm never going back. I have tried so many brands since making the switch but none compare to the Stila Stay All Day. This stuff dries quickly and doesn't budge until I wash it off at the end of the day. It doesn't flake, run or smudge. The best part is its buildable and doesn't remove what you've already put on which is common with alot of other brands. My eyes can sometimes be sensitive to products but I've had no issues. I wear the intense black and its a deep matte black. I have found my HG liner! I love felt tip liners now and have tried so many brands that claim to be "no smudge" but Stila Stay All Day is the only brand I've found that does what it promises.

Stays put and easy to use. The tip could be a bit finer but i guess there are other products on the market for that. This works great for an everyday cat eye.

Best liquid liner
This is my number one go to liner. It's pigmented and never budges. It does sometimes skip but no more than others I've tried. I get good precision with it too.
