Stila Cosmetics All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is extremely long-wearing and budge-resistant with a fluid formula that goes on effortlessly. The easy marker-like applicator tip perfectly lines eyes for a daytime or night-out look. This waterproof liquid liner stays on as late as you stay out without smudging or running.
Intense Black is a jet black shade.
Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible. In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

Worth the hype?
I've seen this liner in every 'best if' lost for ages. Finally decided to see if the hype was justified. Well, it stays in place, has a firm but flexible tip, goes on richly but not thick and crusty. Yeah, it's pretty great.

Get the Intense Black instead
I love this eyeliner. I always get the Intense Black but I wanted to try something new so I got the Midnight Blue. While the black eyeliner goes on smoothly with the blue one I had to apply it several times. Regardless to say, it is impossible to do a cat eye with it. I love my black eyeliner! So I totally recommend it.

Good felt tip eyeliner for sensitive eyes
This eyeliner glides on smoothly and is easy to apply. I love the multiple colors they offer, and the pen tip. Personally I have sensitive eyes, so it's difficult for me to find eye makeup that doesn't bother my eyes, and so far no problems with this eyeliner. My only problem is the staying power. I will put it on in the early morning before work and by the afternoon its basically gone, and I'm very careful not to touch my eyes. I will keep looking for a natural liquid eyeliner, but until then this one will be fine for now.

Love this eyeliner!!
This is one of my holy grail liquid liners! It has a fine felt tip that glides smoothly and effortlessly over my eyelid to create the perfect winged cat eye. It truly stays put all day!

this is really good
I love Stila eyeliners because they are really pigmented, don't dry out fast and last a long time. The tip of the applicator is very thin so it makes the trace very easy.
