Stila Cosmetics All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is extremely long-wearing and budge-resistant with a fluid formula that goes on effortlessly. The easy marker-like applicator tip perfectly lines eyes for a daytime or night-out look. This waterproof liquid liner stays on as late as you stay out without smudging or running.
Intense Black is a jet black shade.
Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible. In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

Best liquid eyeliner!
This eyeliner goes on easily with a very fine tip, and stays put. Really great for making lower eyelashes look fuller.

not right for me
I really liked the product, but the color was not what I wanted. I was looking for a lighter silver and this was too dark for me, so I returned it. Dermstore makes it really easy to return and I love their return policy.

Been using this for years
My go-to everyday eyeliner (I use to use Marc Jacob's eyeliner, but found that this did performed about the same, maybe lasted a tad longer -Â but not noticeably). It truly is waterproof and sweat proof, I might have even took a dip in the pool with it and it lasted for an impressive amount of time.

BEST Eyeliner
I love this eyeliner for it's staying power, the intense black color and the ease of application. If you struggle with applying eyeliner and getting the perfect cat eye, try this! The brush on this is perfect for a precise application, it is a great mix of firm and flexible allowing you to have a perfect line. It is also waterproof to some extent. I will say that if you plan to shower with it and then rub your eyes, yes it will come off. However, I have worn this eyeliner swimming multiple times and it stayed on after I got out of the water and many hours after. Also while this is pricier than some drugstore eyeliners, it lasts a decent amount of time. PRO TIP: store it upside down in a vertical position. Yes if you store it horizontall you will likely have issues with getting the product out. Trust me I was very skeptical that this will dry up in a month, but if you store it properly you can use it for several months.

Budge proof
This works on my oily lids! The only downside is that it dries/finishes up very quickly. This makes it difficult to have a crisp, winged look. Half way through the use of this pen.

Perfect eyeliner
This is my favorite eyeliner. I have used it for years - it is easy to apply even on the waterline. Has excellent staying power - my eyelids are oily and it never smudges or transfers, even when I get sweaty or rained on.
