Stila Cosmetics All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is extremely long-wearing and budge-resistant with a fluid formula that goes on effortlessly. The easy marker-like applicator tip perfectly lines eyes for a daytime or night-out look. This waterproof liquid liner stays on as late as you stay out without smudging or running.
Intense Black is a jet black shade.
Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible. In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

Best eyeliner I've found (yet)
This is a wonderful, wonderful eyeliner. It really, honestly does stay ALL day. To be honest, I've fallen asleep before wearing this, and awoke to a still perfect cat eye. It's my go-to for work, play, and even weddings and funerals.... places where I don't want to worry about crying myself into a raccoon-y mess. The felt tip pen is also simple to control and makes application a breeze. A pen is much more portable than a gel pot and a brush too, of course. I have nothing negative to say, really! Yes, the price may seem steep, but I feel that it's TOTALLY worth it based on this liner's unparalleled performance.

Eyeliner that doesn't smug and goes on very easy. I really like this product. They need to have more color selections. I would buy more colors. My sister also like this eyeliner.

I love this eyeliner. It stays on well, no streaking or smearing. Even though it is waterproof, it comes off reasonably well with the average cleanser/maekup remover. The pen works nicely and doesn't get too saturated. Definitely will buy again.

This is an awesome liquid liner for Asian eyes. It barely smudges all day and the applicator is great. I used to use Shu Uemura liquid liner, which I loved, but the applicator would dry out so quickly.
