Stila Cosmetics All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is extremely long-wearing and budge-resistant with a fluid formula that goes on effortlessly. The easy marker-like applicator tip perfectly lines eyes for a daytime or night-out look. This waterproof liquid liner stays on as late as you stay out without smudging or running.
Intense Black is a jet black shade.
Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible. In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

Great staying Power
Stays all day on my very oily lids and is the only eye liner I would use. All of the other ones I have tried have smeared off in a couple of hours but this gets me through an eight hour work day!

Simply put, the description states that this eyeliner is 'waterproof'and that is a true statement. I wipe my face with Neutrogena face wipes before actually washing it and it takes me a few wipes to get this eyeliner off. It's the best eyeliner I have used and will continue to buy.
