Stila Cosmetics All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is extremely long-wearing and budge-resistant with a fluid formula that goes on effortlessly. The easy marker-like applicator tip perfectly lines eyes for a daytime or night-out look. This waterproof liquid liner stays on as late as you stay out without smudging or running.
Intense Black is a jet black shade.
Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible. In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

Best eyeliner
I have been using the same liquid eyeliner since 8th grade. While it is cheaper and wonderful (It also has a very similar tip to this one), my roommate in college had me try her Stila liquid liner and I was in love. I had sworn I'd never switch liners but this liner changed my mind. The liquid doesn't dry up and glides on easily. It also wont smudge or mess up throughout the day. It truly is awesome and worth the money.

Totally waterproof
This is my favorite eyeliner (after UD discontinued theirs) that does not budge-even for oily lids. I have it in jet black and it's a dark black. It's easy to take off but doesn't leave raccoon eyes during the day. The felt tip is easy to make thin or thick lines. Only downside is that I think it dries out faster than a liquid eyeliner with ink.

Perfection! Amazing Eyeliner!
This eyeliner is perfection! It creates a thin line EXACTLY where you put it. It does not bleed or smudge. It does not get any better than this! The brown is so flattering too.

Waterproof liner
Finally! An eyeliner that doesn't budge. No racoon eyes - and I have oily lids. It has an easy felt tip to use for winged eyeliner. Very jet black and okay to use on my waterline.
