Stila Cosmetics All Day Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner is extremely long-wearing and budge-resistant with a fluid formula that goes on effortlessly. The easy marker-like applicator tip perfectly lines eyes for a daytime or night-out look. This waterproof liquid liner stays on as late as you stay out without smudging or running.
Intense Black is a jet black shade.
Apply the liner as close to the lashes as possible. In order to avoid a gap between the lashes and the lining, try painting the liner into the lashes using small feathering strokes.

Precise tip, doesn't smear
Love this eyeliner. Formulation doesn't make my eyes water like most other ones. The tip is sharp and precise and it dries very well. Unfortunately quality can be hit or miss. I've had some dry up faster than others and the tip going soft so that it's impossible to apply.

Great for older eyelids
As I’ve aged I’m having a VERY hard time finding an eyeliner that lasts all day, or at least most of the day, and doesn’t end up smeared off or transferred to my upper eyelid within hours, if not sooner. I know there are products out there to prep your eyelid prior to applying makeup, but they seem to dry out the skin to enable the makeup to “stick” which seems to damage or age my eyelids even more. I have tried dozens of eyeliners that claim to not budge or smear and this one isn’t perfect, but better than anything else I’ve tried so far.
