The Best Ever
This is "THE BEST" retractable pencil liner I've "EVER" used. It's the "BLACKEST" black & is "TRULY" smearproof & waterproof. If you mess up while applying, you have to use a dissolving product to remove it. I use a tiny bit of DHC Deep Cleansing Oil on a q-tip, which works like a charm & doesn't leave any oily residue after you wipe it off. That may sound like a pain when fixing mistakes, but the result is a product that "STAYS PUT" better than any other retractable pencil I've ever used. It was a risky purchase since I'd never known anyone who had used it & there was only 1 review at the time I bought it. It's the most expensive liner I've ever purchased, but I will gladly spend the $$ to keep it in my daily arsenal. I never expected anyone to notice I had changed liners, but the ladies at work actually commented on the difference & after a few days wanted to know what I was using. The beautiful cat-like shape I can now define at the outer corners of my eyss with the intesity of the black really stands out. I don't have the steady hand required for liquids, & haven't found a pencil that sharpens without a lot of mess and waste. If you don't insist on a super fine point, try this. I think you'll love it!!!!
