Slip on over a standard or queen-size pillow. For maximum results, use for 8 hours daily.
Slip pure silk pillowcases are of the highest quality so they are machine washable, but they are still silk and need as much care as we can give them. Always use a pH neutral detergent and/or fabric softener. Silk is a natural fiber and washing in a solution that's too acidic or alkaline can cause the silk to harden in a single wash. If you can't find a detergent that specifies pH level, opt for one that specifies silk. If your machine doesn't specify exact heat settings, wash on either cold or just one level above cold. If you wish to maximize the life of your pillowcase, hand washing is the ultimate method.

WHY SLEEP ON SLIPSILK™ PILLOWCASE INSTEAD OF COTTON OR SATIN?
Traditional pillowcases don't slip, causing damage to hair and delicate facial skin. Slipsilk™ allows your skin to glide, whereas cotton scratches and tugs on delicate facial skin, resulting in premature stretching and sleep-crease. Cotton also dries out your skin and hair. It even twists your hair at the root as you sleep, which causes bed head in the short term and can damage your hair in the long term. Synthetic satin is a poor petroleum based substitute for real silk.
WHY SLIP? ARENT ALL SILK PILLOWCASES THE SAME? All silk pillowcases are not created equal. Watch out for toxic dyes and false claims of momme (fabric weight/thickness). EXPENSIVE BUT WORTH IT
I was lucky enough to receive this as a birthday present and I have been using it for almost a year now. I have frizzy thin hair and I truly feel that it has made a difference in my hair. I feel like I barely have any breakage and I can shower and wash my hair and sleep with it wet ( I know, but I'm lazy sometimes), and it'll be fine in the morning. My only complaint is that it is super slippery, so it will kind of move itself until it is pushed up against your headboard/wall.

it's amazing butt .....
It really does help with frizz and makes hair easier to brush. I've had this product for a little over a year and it's already fraying and coming apart. The issue is that the Slip branding embroidery is too heavy for the silk so the fraying starts there around the logo. Even if you wash it on gentle in the delicates bag and hang to dry, it still starts fraying and gets damaged. For such an expensive item it is really disappointing.

Love this pillowcase
After looking at less expensive silk cases I purchased one of these on sale about a year ago. I never wake up with pillow creases, puffiness or tangled hair. It feels so cool, soft and luxurious. I do handwash and hang to dry and it's still like new. Will buy more if and when they go on sale again.

Best cooling pillowcase
I had originally bought these because of the benefits for my hair, wrinkles, etc. But I continue to buy them for my husband and myself because it keeps my pillow cool while I sleep. We have a tempur-pedic and always tend to run hot so I'm constantly flipping my pillow throughout the night. And while I still do, these are refreshing!

Luxurious sleep!
Ive had this pillowcase for a month now (after using satin for a while) and I just love how luxurious this pillow case is. Its the middle of winter and i thought it would be really cold but surprisingly hasnt been. Im not sure there is a noticeable difference to my hair or skin, but im done for prevention!
