These are cooling indeed. However I would not say they have firming or hydrating quality. They are very adhesive and stay put, but I do not feel that they have much effect. If you are looking for the cooling quality of eye masks, these will work. I will try others to find eye masks to moisturize and firm under eye area. Will not purchase again.
