Just alright
Product itself is okay. It only works on small blemishes, not the big, painful ones. However, it is good for those who like picking their pimples because this prevents you from doing so.

I've was excited to use these but while I see a big change using hydrocolloid dots on blemishes, I saw nothing happen with these. These also don't stay on very well and in the morning I find them plastered to my neck, pillow, wherever. They are thin and clear so maybe you could get away with covertly wearing them during daytime but as for me, I'll go back to the hydrocolloid bandage type acne dots.

I was completely skeptical at first about these, but I got them in a beauty fix box, so I put them to use. I felt 3 deep nodules forming under my chin skin, and quickly put these on overnight and they actually worked! Give them a try!

This product does work.
This is a good product. I got one regular pimple and one cystic pimple last week. Probably because of too much sugar, and stress! On the non-cystic pimple, this adhesive patch took about 1-2 days to bring it to a head and flatten out. I used it all day/night Saturday and Sunday and my pimple is gone. Now to treat it with glycolic acid so the red mark goes away! On the cystic pimple, I'm not sure yet. It seems to have gone down a bit, but it's still there, so I'm using the patch again tonight (3rd time). I will update. As you know, cystic acne loves to stick around! UPDATE: OK, so these dots are the best out there for cystic acne. But this is the trick I use to make them work better: At night, use any sort of glycolic treatment overnight, and then use dots during the day. I've found that you have to use glycolic acid in conjunction with these for them to actually work.

Doesn't do anything
I have given these a go on multiple occasions, and they seem to do almost nothing. They may take out a little but if redness, but they don't make blemishes go away any faster than anything else. They do stay on well, have never lost one in my sleep, but that's about the only plus.

Just Okay - Better Brands Out There
I received this in a BeautyFix box in the fall. I think the product is okay but it's inferior to the CosRx patches. The CosRx were really great for me and removed some of the gunk from the hormonal acne I develop. Skyn doesn't seem to do as great of a job. The adhesives are also adequate and strong, but more annoying to but on because they are substantially thinner. It's also more expensive than the CosRx. I would recommend buying other competitors from DermStore.

I love Skyn Iceland as a brand and these were no exception. I got these in a Beauty Fix Box at some point and finally started using them. My favorite thing is that they're almost totally invisible once applied and they don't move around. They seem to help deflate anything that starts to pop up pretty quickly, but they also help me keep my hands off of the spot and discourage any attempts at squeezing (I know... I just can't help myself).
