underwhelming
I was expecting great things from these, especially reading about their effectiveness on cystic breakouts, but I was pretty disappointed. They kind of worked, but kept falling off before they could be really effective. The Mighty Patches are a much better alternative!

These are very flimsy and stick to themselves when you remove them from the backing. They’re made from somewhat rigid plastic so they don’t sit flush on the skin the way other acne dots too. I much prefer the ones from Peace Out Acne.

Purchased awhile ago to try. I am way past the teenage years but still break out as my skin is oily on my chin, nose,forehead & under my chin! I put on a dot when I am home from work and leave it on all night, next day the bump has not gotten any larger and in some cases it decreases to almost nothing. The dot protects the pimple from my fingers constantly touching & infecting the pimple. I will buy again as they lasted me a long time.

I was first weary as to how well this tiny blemish dot would work to fight my cystic acne but boy was I pleasantly surprised. At first feel of something going on beneath my skin I place one on the point overnight and continue until the issue has seemed to resolve. I will say though, in my experience, I need to use the blemish dot for several overnights before I am confident the pesky pimple will not try to rear its ugly head!

I love these they're so easy to put on in the daytime. It sits flat on your skin and doesn't produce the white marks that a colloidal patch does. Only problem I had is that my skin is oily, and the patch will slide around after a few hours. Overall love it!

Best to treat pimples early
I took one star off because I found it worked best to use when a pimple (especially cysts) are starting to form instead of in the middle of a breakout. My skin is very sensitive so it could be irritating on the skin around the bump if I used too many one a spot.
