I received a deluxe sample of this with purchase of the TNS serum so I can’t comment on longer term results, but I’m considering buying a full size after my current vitamin C product runs out because this is much less irritating to my skin. I tolerate vit C products pretty well, but some days they can sting and seem to exacerbate dryness. The C+ E has a primer-like silicone texture that feels soothing, and, although I did experience stinging once, it abated quickly and my skin had no visible irritation. It hasn’t pilled or interacted with other products, works very nicely under sunscreen and makeup. It is a higher price point for vit C, but the comfort and performance with other products could make it worthwhile.

Nice alternative to liquid C serum
I’m a longtime user of SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, and received this as a sample. I like that it is a lightweight lotion consistency as opposed to a liquid and has no smell (unlike the CE ferulic that has a bit of a unpleasant smell). There is a slight grit to the texture but that does not bother me. I keep this in my travel kit to maintain my regimen on the road.

It is nice to have vit C E in a cream instead of serum but it seems heavier than serums & can feel a bit slimy by the time I layer mult products. I don’t think I’ve been using it long enough to see a difference. I typically use CE Ferulic by SkinCeuticals & I think I will go back to that product instead of this one.
