In a nutshell, it really works. I am happy with giving it a try. I have been using the TNS recovery complex for almost 2 years, and it has become one of my must-haves. This serum works as it claims, reducing inflammation and the appearance of fine wrinkles; enhancing skin texture and tone. Since I used it, I have also found the pores around my cheeks much less noticeable. If you have a very dry skin, however, you’d better use a decent moisturizer.

This is my 4th container of this amazing complex, I actually use it only once a day as it is an expensive product for me, but I know it is absolutely worth the money! I have had several skin cancers, basal and squamous on my face and I am trying to avoid these recurrences. My dermatologist actually recommended this to me, also the TNS Serum but I had to chose just one for now. It has made my face texture much smoother and helped to repair some discoloration from scarring of surgeries for face cancers. I would difinetly say this is worth trying and if you can afford it you won't be disappointed!!

Anti aging must
I have used this and the TNS Advanced serum for years. Sometimes I alternate between the two , depending on my budget. I always by them on sale since they are pricey. They really have improved my skin. I use the dermaroller then apply one of these two products. I have noticed improvement in my mild wrinkles, tone and texture. If you stick with it, you will see results!

Irritated my skin
I have super sensitive skin. I use other SkinMedica products, but some are too harsh for me. I do have rosacea, though. Just be cautious with this one if you do.

I use this version nightly as there are less ingredients, and none that break my skin out. Stem cells seem to be for long term gain. I haven't seen immediate improvements. When my skin is irritated I've found Aquaphor is the best.
